Find out if this is the martial art you’ve been looking for! More than just self-defense, Ki-Aikido teaches minding body coordination skills that apply in all aspects of daily life. The “Ki” side of Ki-Aikido has roots in yoga: meditation and mindfulness lay a foundation for the self-defense practice. “Aikido” translates as “the way of harmonizing with energy” – the practical self-defense techniques also translate into skill development for dealing constructively with stress and conflict in everyday life.
